Subscription process

The subscription process is quite easy, you just need to go on our public subscription portal to select your hosting cluster and start the subscription.

Billing contact

The first stage of our subscription process will ask you for your billing contact. Fill out here the information regarding the person we should send our invoice to. Feel free to use a generic invoice@example.com e-mail address here. The phone number is optional and will be used by us to reach you if we have a billing issue.

Payment Details

The second stage will ask you to fill out your payment information. You can be charged on a credit or debit card, a SEPA direct debit or a Sofort payment.

If you have a promotion code to use with Bravas, you can enter it on the left side.

And do not forget to tick the business purchasing option on the bottom right side to fill in your company name and VAT ID.

Tenant information

The third and last stage of the Bravas subscription process will allow you to customize your tenant details.

You will first need to fill in your company’s name again. This name will be used as an internal name visible in some advanced view by your users only. We recommend that you keep this name short and to something known to your stakeholders.

This form will also give you the opportunity to set up your tenant prefix such as mycompany.bravas.tld. You are free to pick whatever you want here as long as:

  • it is a name that represents your company
  • it cannot be taken as a phishing name
  • it is not a profanity

We keep the right to delete any tenant created that chose a misleading name.

Finally, the form will ask you for the e-mail address of your initial administrator.

We highly recommend that you set here a high-level IT shared mailbox usually set for your Disaster Recovery process. This e-mail address will be used to send you the initial admin access and will be used again in the future by our support team if you lose all admin access. This is the only address we will be able to send a new super-admin token to.

Choose wisely, once set, we cannot change the company name nor the tenant name.
