Stakeholder Onboarding

Welcoming a new coworker to an organization is always something stressful, with so many things to prepare to be sure that the first contact is awesome. Bravas is here to help.

All you need to do is to reach your Bravas's admin console and under the Operate tab to find the user directory section on the left-hand menu. This page will present you with all the currently known users and will allow you to record someone new.

When creating a new user, the only mandatory fields are the first name, the last name, and the corporate e-mail address. However, we highly recommend that you fill out as much information as possible on your Bravas's admin console.

All the identity information you will fill in here will be used to help you in the future. It will also be spread (except for personal information) to third-party services with identity management integration enabled. Like that, setting up someone's manager in Bravas will ensure that it will be set in all other used solutions.

The personal information tab will never be spread to third-party services nor shown to non-admin people in Bravas. The aim of this personal information in a user’s record is to help the IT management staff to know where to send a new device when someone is working from home.

Once the information details are set on the user record, you need to assign this user to some of the groups you previously created. Remember, groups are here to represent roles and departments in your organization. Being sure people are members of the correct group means being sure people access all the correct assets in your organization.

Finally, once all information is set for the new coworker, you just need to proceed to prepare for a device deployment or token enrollment.
