Self-service Enrollment for macOS

The self-service enrollment process will allow you to enroll as corporate owned a device already configured. This procedure needs to be used for Mac already deployed before the existence of Bravas in your organization or if you are in a country without access to Apple Business or School Manager.

This enrollment method is not suited for personally owned devices enrolled in the organization to access corporate resources. If you want to propose the enrollment of personal devices in your organization, please wait until we release the support of Account Driven User Enroll capabilities.

Before doing a self-service enrollment of a device you use, your organization needs to provide you an activation code. Once you have it, access the provided URL (such as https://yourcorp.bravas.tld/enroll) from your Mac and enter the activation code.

Please note that you can use the activation code only once, regardless of the enrollment outcome. If your enrollment fails, you need to ask for a new code.

Submitting the code will trigger a file download that you need to accept, once downloaded tries to open the file and you will see a notification telling you that you cannot open this file directly by clicking on it but need to interact with System Settings.

Comply with the system request by closing Safari and going to the System Settings. From here navigate to Privacy & Security then at the very end of the list, open the Profiles section. From here you will see your Device enrollment profile and can start the installation by clicking on it. Follow the whole process of accepting the information notice and validating the installation to complete the enrollment.

At the end of the procedure, you should see the Bravas launcher next to the bin in your Dock as well as other corporate apps coming.
