Sunset Notice
Important update: Bravas will be discontinued on July 25
Summary: Bravas will be discontinued July 25, 2026. Billing will stop on May 30, 2026, and your last day to access Bravas will be July 24, 2026. Please plan your migration and export any needed data before the shutdown date.
Hello,
We’re reaching out to share an important update about Bravas. After careful consideration and a shift in Remote’s strategic focus following our recent acquisition, Bravas will be permanently shut down on July 25, 2026.
While this was a difficult decision, it allows our team to focus on innovation and better support Remote's core offerings. We understand that changes like this may impact your operations, and we’re committed to supporting you throughout the transition.
Timeline
- May 30, 2026: You will not be charged for Bravas service after this date. In June, you will still receive an invoice because your account remains active, but it will be for €0.
- July 25, 2026: Bravas will be permanently shut down. Our platform will no longer be accessible.
How this affects you
After July 24, 2026, you will no longer be able to access Bravas account or retrieve your data.
What you need to do
By July 24, 2026, please:
- Migrate to a new Mobile Device Management (MDM) and/or Identity Provider (IdP). Guidance for device unenrollment can be found for Apple and Windows depending on your case.
- Export any invoicing data you need from Bravas.
- Confirm your devices and users are fully managed in your new solution (and no longer depend on Bravas)
Our technical team will remain available to assist with any questions or migration needs through our last day of service on July 24, 2026.
Next Steps & alternatives
To avoid disruption, we recommend transitioning to an alternative solution that fits your needs.
For MDM
Our primary recommendation is to engage an IT consultant/partner to support your transition. Additionally:
- If your company primarily uses Apple devices and manages fewer than 30 devices, you can consider Mosyle Business (free for up to 30 devices).
- If you use both Apple and Microsoft devices, you can explore Iru or NinjaOne.
- If you prefer a French editor, you can consider Appaloosa.
For IdP
- We recommend working with an IT consultant to support your transition. Google and Microsoft both offer IDP solutions that can replace the functionality previously provided by Bravas.
